Wedding Stationery - Bespoke Drawings
Many of our clients choose one of our standard
products as a base and modify it to create a highly personalised
stationery suite. One of the easiest and most cost effective ways to
achieve this is by opting to have us create a line drawing of your
venue or church.
Letterpress printing is at it’s finest printing line work, whether
that’s typography or line art. The line drawing is created by Julia
from a photograph, this is then developed into an old style
photographic film, and from this a letterpress printing plate is
created.
Julia is our resident award winning artist who has exhibited
internationally throughout her career as a professional artist, and
has her work hanging in private collections worldwide.
The above are a few examples of the work that
we’ve created and printed, you can of course choose to have the
drawing printed in the same colour as your wording, or as a second
colour to meet your requirements.
There’s nothing that really compares to letterpress in the way it
impresses the ink into the paper almost sculpting the line in the
paper.
Once the line drawing has been created we can add the image
throughout your stationery, from Save the Dates, Invitations, Order
of Service through to Picture Gifts, there is no extra charge for
using the image throughout our printwork.
If you’d like to have a line drawing created we need a good image or
two of your subject, Julia will confirm if they’re suitable for her
and it’s as simple as that.
